Our work began in Japan and has since expanded across North America and Europe, connecting players with opportunities beyond their own borders. As our reach has grown, one principle has remained unchanged: the player comes first.

Telos was founded by Rucheek Kuppachi, a FIFA-licensed football agent, shaped by the knowledge and experience gained from professionals across the football industry. Those experiences helped define not only how he wanted to work, but what he believed football representation should stand for.

At Telos, every player deserves to be heard, understood, and represented with honesty. We believe in transparency at every stage, in advising with care, and in creating an environment where players feel comfortable asking questions and confident in the decisions they make.

Football is a business, but it is also a game built on ambition, opportunity and a love for what happens on the pitch. We never want the business of representation to make us lose sight of why we entered football in the first place.

That is what Telos is here to preserve: the person behind the player, the purpose behind every decision, and the trust that makes this work meaningful.

Yuna Hazekawa's football journey has taken her from representing Japan at youth international level to competing in the United States' collegiate system and playing professionally in Europe. Having experienced different football environments, overcome the challenges of injury and rehabilitation, and pursued opportunities abroad, she understands the determination and uncertainty that can accompany a career in the game.

Her experiences have shaped her interest in the people and decisions behind a footballer's career. At Telos, Yuna aims to draw on her own journey to help support players, offering a perspective grounded in firsthand experience of the professional game.

She believes that every player's circumstances are different, and that good representation begins with listening, understanding, and creating an environment where players feel comfortable speaking openly about their ambitions and concerns. Through her work with Telos, she hopes to help players feel informed, supported and confident as they navigate their own paths in football.
