Work permits, housing, flights, medical cover, a bank account. The practical side, handled by us before the player lands.

Clips, highlights and performance data alongside an honest view of leagues, levels and timing, and what the move after this one could look like.

A player's name reaches further than their club. We help shape how they are seen, at home and in their new country, and find partners who suit them rather than whoever pays most.
Support after signing
The first winter, the language, a change of coach. Regular check-ins and day-to-day guidance at the new club and in the new country, for the whole contract.

Understand the person
Before discussing clubs or contracts, we get to know the player: their ambitions, their circumstances, and what they want from football and from life beyond it.

Find the right direction
We combine those conversations with match clips, highlights and performance data to see where a player fits. Each player gets a plan built around their interests, their level and the clubs that suit them.

Build the right relationships
We approach clubs that will play them, not just sign them, sometimes through a trial or training with the squad first. Moves are timed around transfer windows and the player's circumstances, never rushed to fit a deadline.

Make informed decisions
Every offer is explained before a decision is asked for, and every clause walked through line by line. The player decides. Our job is to make sure they decide knowing everything.

Remain part of the journey
The contract is the start of our work, not the end of it. We handle the visa, housing and move ourselves, then stay close with regular check-ins and day-to-day guidance at the new club and in the new country.
